That prior experience includes environments with thousands of users, around a thousand servers and tens of thousands of endpoints. This describes the practice lead’s engineering background, rather than named North Ark client engagements.

How we work

Direct access, with defined boundaries.

Your environment has a named technical lead. Complex issues and material changes go to senior review, not a queue — but that access is scoped, not unlimited. Support hours, response targets, supported systems and included engineering effort are defined in the agreement, not assumed.

North Ark accepts a limited number of managed customers at any time, so that direct access stays real rather than a marketing claim. Additional specialist partners are brought in as demand justifies it — not before.

Where we work

Based in Brisbane. Built to work across Australia.

Delivery is remote where that suits the work, with site time for physical infrastructure, complex cutovers or decisions best made together. The delivery model follows the environment.

North Ark is not the right fit for buyers evaluating providers purely on help-desk seat price, or expecting unlimited support without the operating model to deliver it.
