This notice describes what we collect when you use this website or send a project enquiry.

North Ark Pty Ltd (North Ark) is based in Queensland, Australia. Enquiries are treated as business correspondence, not as a consumer marketing list.

What we collect

If you use the contact form: name, company, work email, role, project type, description, timeframe, and optional budget or environment size. Server logs from hosting may include IP address and user agent. Where analytics are enabled, they help us understand which pages are used.

Why

To respond to project discussions, to keep a record of what was asked, and to understand which pages are used if analytics are enabled. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and access

Enquiry records are kept as long as needed for the discussion and ordinary business record-keeping. Email projects@northark.com.au to ask what we hold or to request deletion where we can do so without breaking a legal obligation.
